Pain,- still excersising

Last week was a little different
Monday: first excersises then massage from the physiotherapist. I told him I am acking at the right side in my lower back so he gave me some extra treatment there, including triggerpoints. 
Wednesday : normal round at the gym
Friday : first at the gym, then the ciropractor,- who also did a lot on my acking point in the lower back!
Sunday : working in the garden (picking dogpoo from winter 😎) and putting flowers on 2 of the graves I am looking after,- my grandma was born May 1., and my mum dies May 7.,- so I always put some flowers on for their dates 💓
My grandma was 99,5 years when she died 💓

Springtime and the birds get fur I comb off Dennis so they can use it in the nests

Allmost all snow gone now,- but they say we will get more tonight 😯

 This week is the last at the gym in some weeks, because I am going to have surgery on my left foot on Friday 👍 I did the right last summer and love my "new" foot 💓

I HOPE EVERYONE GET A NICE MAY 1TH TOMORROW 💓

Yeah!

Here is a new photo of me doing the plank:
 As you can see I do not have my feet on the floor, and my back is straight (that is important!) I only manage 20 or 30 seconds x 6 so far, then I am out of breath. But I get better slowly 😊

Last week was very busy for me!
* Monday: at the gym
* Thuesday: A trip with a friend to visit her mother, then I had to drive the car home + we spent some time at a mall. The day after my right hip was very bad, I was almost unable to walk on the right leg. But when I walked some meters it was better 👍
* Wednesday: at the gym

* Thursday it was my birthday,so I am now 63 years old 😎 My friend took me on a trip to the coast to have a wonderful lunch,- wow! It was very deliscious! I had to drive the car home (because she has fatigue)
* Friday: I had a relaxing day, did not go to the gym.
* Saturday: my friend and I took the train and went to a big garden fair! 1.5 hours with the train x 2, and some hours walking in the fair. Bought some flowers ++ and had a nice lunch.
When I came home I could hardly walk because of my right hip! But I went to the grocery  store across the street and it was ok again!

* Sunday: I finally could get my little fury friend home again 💓 He was on a vacation with his extra family,- I know he had a great time but I missed him.
* Monday: First excersise at the gym. I did several excersises for my lower back since it has been so bad/hurting.

Sometimes I manage 11 !
After the excersises I went to see my physiotherapist, who gave me a massage on my lower back and on the shoulders,- the treatment hurt but I know it will be better.
I still hurt after sleeping or sitting, but as soon as I start moving the pain goes away 😏
I also did a InBody-test again,- AND I have less fat and more muscles 💪 Yeah!


Since my little dog is back home, I go for walks with him every day 
He is looking after me,- my guardian dog

Of course he sleeps with me in my bed

Finally the snow is going away, I just had to put some flowers next to my door! These can live through some minus degrees too!

Life is good,- I really hope you are doing ok too?

Friday stupid, today proud

The last 2 weeks I have finally been able to go to the gym 3 days a week again !

I do the same excersises:
* Treadmill: 11% increase, 5,5 km/h, only 10 minutes but I hope I will manage 30 minutes like I did earlier 👍

* Plank: I have started to take the time I manage to do each plank. My problem is not my body, but my breathing 😢 I started with 10 seconds X 6, now I can do 20 sec or 30 seconds X 6. Not much but it is getting better!
Now I don't have the pillow under my stomach and my feet are higher
* Sideplank: 6
*Feet on ball and lifting my upperbody: 10
I need new photoes 😉
* Sitting on the big ball doing different excersises

* Squats on half BOSO-ball: 10 X 3
* Manual with my left hand: 10 X 3
* Rowing: 10 X 3, weight 10

* Pectoral fly/rear detoid for my posture: 10 X 3, 12 kg
* Back extension: I normally do 40 kg 10 X 3, but on Friday I did 47kg,- very stupid since it was too heavy for my back 😡 But I was fine again on Saturday 👍 And used 40 kg again today (Monday). Maybe I will take 2,5 kg more next time?
* Pulldown: 10 X 3, 30 kg

I feel fine when I have done these excersises, so I must be doing something right,- don't you think?
I go to the chiropractor once a week, he is determined to fix my neckmuscles and headache 💓 I hope I hope! 

To inspire myself I have bought a FitBitwatch,- fun to watch steps during the day, how I sleep, my heartrate ++++


Finally we have less snow! 


 Very muddy for Dennis so he has to go to the shower after every walk!
 I have been on some very exiting basketballmatches now and my nephew and his team Kongsberg Miners won GOLD in the Norwegian Championship 💓
 It gives me lots of energy to watch the matches! I shout and cheer and my ears are distroyed after the game 🏀🏆

I have also started eating more healthy now, so maybe I can loose some more weight 👍
 
Hope you all are ok? Do you go to the gym? Do yoga? Or other excersises to strenghten your back?

A young fit lady said to me that I was so strong! And when I said I am 62 years old (at least 2 days more.....) she would not believe me 💗💪😉  When someone say things like this it is very big inspiration!  I love it!
