My gym :-)

This is my gym, it is not very big but very nice people working there 👍 And it is not only people with big muscles working out in front of the mirror,- we are older people and handicaped,- a good mix!
I did almost mye whole program today too,- I am getting there 😊
I use this with one hand at a time now to train my left hand. Today I could increase the weight from 2 to 4! On my right hand I do 6 now. When I could use both at the same time I used 10 or 11.

(Photo over and under text) This is where I do rotations, my weight is only 25 but the most important is to rotate my body.


Leg press. Before I broke my hand, I managed 65 and 75 kg. Now I do 55.

I like this one! It feels like I get a strech at the same time as I have to work for it :-) I do 47 kg
After the training I went to town,- silly me! Back was not ok when I got home. Better after a rest and some food 😏
We have spring here now and most of the terrible ice is gone! Waiting for the flowers to get out of their sleep 💚

Almost all excercises!

Today I managed almost all of the program! Because of my hand I have to have not so heavy weights, but I managed 💪
This is what I did today:
* Treadmill -  11% increase, 5 km speed, only 15 minutes this time but it is ok 
* Rowing - one hand at a time (normally I use both at once) Left hand: 10 X 3 at 4
                                                                                               Right hand: 10 X 3 at 8 and 7
* Pulldown - one hand at a time Left hand: 10 X 3 at 2
                                                   Right hand: 8 X 2 at  7
* Backextension - 10 X 3 47 kg (the only divice I did as earlier)
* Manuals - 2 kg 10 X 3 both ways

* Pectoral fly - 10 times 5 kg, 10 times 12 kg, 10 times 5 kg
* Torso rotation - 10 X 3  25 kg
* Seated leg press 10 X 3 55 kg




I love colours when I am at the gym so today was a lot of pink/red 💕

Finally at the gym again,- will I get back to the shape I was?

As you know this winter has been troublesome for me 😠 2 big falls on the ice (forehead first time and broke my wrist on the second fall). Winter can be ok,but not like this winter with lots of pure ice! 
I think this will be my next outfit  for winter ;-)
Last week I tried to start at the gym,- it was superhard!! Both because I was not as fit as in November, and because the vrist was not good. So my physiotherapist suggested we should find some excercises that is good for both my back and my vrist💪 It is very important that I do not forget the rest of my body because of the vrist!

Today our main goal was to check out my vrist and excercises for both the vrist and my scoliosis. First I tried manuals on the left hand. O'boy! It was hard! My tears flowed. We found out that max is 2 kg at first. As usual 10 X 3 times.

 Then I tried some other devices to train my arm muscles because they are worse after the accident.
I also learned how to use the old devices for my back,arms and legs with lower weight than earlier as long as the vrist is not healed. It was hard,- 
            
                                                                BUT

the hardest was to use lower weight than I had reached in November 😢 It felt really like a defeat, and I hate it!

WHY?? Is my selfconsious SO low? 
Lots of people tell me: remember,- you have been hurt! It takes time! I know but it is hard to realize in my heart.


I know I have to get back to 3 days a week at the gym again, and I have to realize that I have to start lower than in November, and in some weeks/months I will be on the same level again! And in the summer I will go for long walks with my dog again and use my bicycle + going to the gym and be much more healthy than I am right now 👍
