Back at the gym!

On Friday I finally got back at the gym! Actually I have missed it 😦
The treadmill was not good on my left foot ( wich I had surgery on in May) so I only did 5% increase instead of 11% and 5 km/h and only for 5 minutes.
* Then I did rowing: 10 X 3, 10 in weight (think I will do 11 soon!)
* Balanse on a BOSO-ball with squats: 10 X 3
* Excersises on a big fitnessball,- sitting on it and lieing on the floor with feet on it
* Seated leg press: 10 X 3, 65 kg(long time since I did this regularely, but same weight!)
*  Back extension: 10 X 3, 40 kg
* Pectoral fly/ rear detoid: 10 X 3, 12 kg (only for posture)

I did not do plank this first time, because after this round both my left foot and my lower back was sore.

I would expect my muscles to be really sore after this excersises, but I was fine!! 
My left foot was swollen when I put my shoe on, next time I will use the support stocking I have!


Everyday I also walk my dog, not the long walks as before surgery, but we are getting there!
Today he has been to the groomer, we took the bus to and fro and he got a new harness for good behaving 💓 I love him 💓
