It has been an active and nice week

This week turned out to be both active and nice 💓

On Monday I joined a program for healthy eating  (lowcarb)  and an active life. The program is 12 weeks online and the first week we should quit white sugar. I thought it should be the hardest but I think I have done well 👍
I also joined an American supportgroup so I  have support from different people + my friends, my nephew (PT) and physioterapist 😀

* Monday I was back in the gym and as usual I started with the treadmill,- 11% incline and 5km/h.15 minutes, 💓rate 112, calories 152


*  Plank 6 x 2!!
* Sideplank 6 on both sides
* Excersises on fitnessball
* Balanse on BOSO-ball, including squats (10 X 2)
BOSO-ball and fitnessball,- my favorits
* Legpress. I have been very curious about how much I can do now since I have not used it since I had surgery on my foot in June. I tried 65 kg,- impossible! But 55 kg was "ok" but I only managed 10.......

* "Rowing" 10 X 3, level 10
* Back extension 10X 3, 40kg
* Pectoral fly/ rear detoid 10 X 3, 12 kg. This is mainly for my posture.
* Manuals, left vrist 10 X 3, 4 kg

Same program Wednesday,- but an extra boost: because of the program I joined I wanted to see how much I weigh. In September it was 83 kg
                                         November            81kg
                                          January               78!!  I have lost 5 kg since September 😍

I also took photoes to see before and after

 Defenitely need to loose some kilos!

Back from vacation

Hello! I hope all of you are ok? Do you have snow and winter or do you have summer? 
I had 3 wonderful weeks on Gran Canaria in December,- I met people I have known for many years, I had good food and drinks and I was walking a lot. Actually I walked so much that it gave me inflamation in my lower back 😕 But it was nice with the warm weather so I can manage the rest of the Norwegian winter......

I had a nice Christmas celebration with my brother and his family 🎄

January 3. I finally had an appointement with my physioterapist again,- he gave me a good massage 👍

Friday the 5th I was back at the gym,- after 4 weeks it was very hard! I managed almost the whole program, just cut in some of the repeats.
* Treadmill: 11 minutes, 11% increase, 5 km,heartrate 113, used 105 calories
* Maunuals on my fractured vrist: 10 X3, 4 kg
* Plank: only 6
* Sideplank: 5 on each side
* Big fitnessball: 10 repeats
* Balance on BOSO-ball and squats 10 X 3
* Different excersises on fitnessball
* Rowing: 10 X3, level10

                                                    💪 EXHAUSTED 💪

During the weekend I got chestpains and pain all over, of course 😉 I was not worried because I checked my heart this autumn so I know it is ok ( well, not all healthy but ok). I actually was sore because of the long pause from the gym!

Monday 8th I was back at the gym. This time I did this:
* Treadmill: 10 min, 11 %, 5 km, heartrate 103, calories 101
* Pectoral fly: 10 X 3, 12 kg
* Back extension: 10 X 3, 40 kg
* DIfferent excersises on fitnessball
* Balance + squats on Boso-ball 10 X 3
* Manuals left vrist: 10 X 3, 4 kg


Wednesday I was SO exhausted because of the cold weather, so I went for walks with my dog and not to the gym. Today (Friday) I struggle with migraine so no gym.

It is really hard to get back to the rutine I had gained 😥 I SHALL make it! Cannot give up when I have done so much!

21. of January I think I am going to join a project with healthy eating here in Norway. I really need to loose some weight and to change my eating! Hopefully a project with others will help?

As you can see we have lots of snow and the temperature has been minus 15/18 for many days,- I still go for walks with my dog,- lots of clothes! The best ting is that it is beautiful road conditions for this type of sledge (we call it a spark):
