Last time I was at the gym was in March 2020, before I went for a vacation on Gran Canaria 😎 While we where there covid-19 exploded and I got my anxiety for sickness back. Of course I could have started earlier, but I was afraid.
But, today I was ready 👍😊
I used almost my whole program, but not as many repetitions or as heavy as 2,5 years ago.
I had problems with 1 of the stations, have to ask a PT about it, but the rest was ok 😊
Balance is still as good as last time 👍
After the excersises I was as exhausted that I should be 😏
Today is 2 days after the gym and I am a little sore but not too bad 😄 I would be worried if I was not sore at all!
I know training is important for my back and my general health, I am now 67 years old and my curves still 90 and 85 degrees.
I still live with my small dog, Dennis who is now an elderly man, 13,5 years old 💓 But he loves walking and we take care of each other.
I also love working in my small garden with flowers and some vegetables 😊
I still do handicrafts, crochet, embroydery, sewing and knitting,- and even sell some😄
