Proud of my self

Today I really did NOT want to go to the gym! I even was angry when I took my trainingpants on 😠 

So I decided that if I was angry it was important for me to go to the gym,- so I went 😊 AND I did more planks than last time ! Obviously a lot of energy to use!

I don't need the long pillow under my stomach anymore, I manage to keep the body up for a little bit longer time,- not many seconds, but I did 6 X 2 today 💪 So I am doing better 😏

The program with eating healthier is so good,- I have lost the craving for sugar ! 💗 It is very strange but sooo good. I look foreward to see how my body respond 😊
Todays lunch was porridge from oat with blueberries (that I picked last summer). I love  blueberries AND I love purple, but this was almost too much 😊


Another day I had tapas,- olives and ham from my last vacation on Gran Canaria, the rest from Norway. Yummy 💓
