I cannot give up!

Finally I was able to go to the gym again! I did most of the program 👍 When I started I got pain in my lower back, but after 3-4 excercises it was ok 😊 

I wanted to see how I have been doing this year,- wow!!  It is almost 1 year since I started!
I do more different excercises now than last May, but to compare then and now I have looked at some of the excercises to see if I am better. There are 3 columns: May 2016, November and April 2017, I have had some accidents (2 falls on ice) and some colds = no training.

As you can see, something is better and something is worse. 2 falls on the ice (forehead in November and fractured wrist in January) and the colds made it necessary to take some time out 😢 The reason Back extension and rotation is less is because the weight was too much for my back.

We had winter visiting again this week 😞


 But they say we will get almost summer next weekend! I really hope is will happen 💓
My body is really tired after this icy winter.

Easter

The only excercise I have been doing this Easter is walking with my little dog,- I still have the cold and caughing 😞
But the snow is gone and Dennis and I have had some nice walks! I always have my Nordic poles with me and then I can walk for longer walks.


There are lots of things to see in nature now:

There is still lots of ice on the water, but it is not safe to walk on! You can find lots of nice patterns in it 😊 I found these beautyful stars.

Hopefully I can go back to the gym in a few days! This winter has not been good to my body 👎 So I have lots to catch up! I have made some goals for this summer too,- one is the same as last year just to see if I am better now!

In this photo I am really tired and you can easely see my angelwing (right shoulderblad sticking out)
 I hope you all are doing fine? Have you had Eastervacation? In Norway shops are closed for lots of days during Easter, life "starts" again the 18. of April.

I really hope we are getting warmer weather soon, I have to have fire in my fireplace and outside I use woollen clothes.
